Yanzhicao(Commelinae) Essential Oil is extracted from the dried aerial parts of Commelina communis L. It can clear away heat and purge fire, detoxify, promote diuresis and reduce swelling. It used for healping cold and fever, thirst due to febrile disease, sore throat, edema and oliguria, painful and astringent stranguria due to heat, and helpng carbuncle and swelling.
Modern research shows that Yazhicao Essential Oil can protect liver and reduce the activity of alanine aminotrans and aspartate aminotransferase.
Usage: 1-2 drops each time
Note:
For those with spleen and stomach deficiency and heat,  the dosage shoud be small.
Avoid copper and iron utensils.
